How do you book?​

Please enter your full name and email. Enter the reason for your visit, phone number and requested time in the large box. Our office will reply with a confirmation of your appointment date if your requested time available, and a suggested time if it is already taken. Please specify all related symptoms for your reason of visit.

All requests will be answered the same day if sent from Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm, and the next business day if sent during the weekend, late evening or on a statutory holiday.
